Biography

Dr. Suren A. Tatulian completed his doctorate in biophysics at the Institute of Cell Biology in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1979. He studied interactions of ions with lipid bilayer membranes, effects of lipid thermal phase transitions on ion-lipid interactions, and intermembrane interactions using particle electrophoresis, light scattering, neutron diffraction and other biophysical techniques. In 1992 he moved to the University of Virginia, USA, where he worked on interactions of peptides and proteins with membranes using infrared spectroscopy, circular dichroism, and fluorescence spectroscopy. Dr. Tatulian worked at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, from 1999 to 2001 and then moved to the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Orlando, FL, as an associate professor. Currently Dr. Tatulian is at the Department of Physics of UCF, where he is teaching courses of physics and biophysics and is conducting research on protein-membrane interactions and structural aspects of interfacial enzymology.

EuroSciCon Events are produced by Euroscicon Ltd

EuroSciCon, founded in 2001 is a UK based independent life science Events Company with predominantly business and academic client base. The key strategic objective of EuroSciCon is to communicate science and medical research between academia, clinical practice and the pharmaceutical industry. Most of its events are in Europe and London or live streamed. EuroSciCon expanded its operations to international in association with Meetings International, Singapore. All major meetings of EuroSciCon and Meetings International will issue Continued Professional Education (CPD), Continued Education (CE), Continued Medical Education (CME) Credits.
